Our company has its own lab for service and repairs under warranty and out of warranty.
We make sure that the product that we service will work perfectly. We thoroughly investigate the equipment received for service. We do not consider only the problem it was sent for. Thus, you will benefit from correct and complete repairs and will be able to use the equipment at its highest performance level.
Sooner or later any equipment will have functioning problems; therefore, one of our first objectives is to develop an effective service department for the devices we sell.
Currently, as exclusive distributor for Fujikura in Romania, we provide more than 300 interventions a year for all models of optical fibre welding sets and cleavers manufactured by this company.

For any equipment in this list you have a free check-up, and then you will receive an offer with the cost of repairs. In order to avoid any problems, we will repair the device only after your consent. Due to our qualified personnel and to the stock of spare parts, most of out interventions are finished between 1 and 3 days after we receive the equipment.
